Courteous and knowledgeable about my pickup and what it needed.

Found the car my wife wanted on a Saturday, Cody Hall helped us with all of our questions and he and the finance dept stayed late to complete the deal. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Was in and out really fast. As always everyone was really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I know all car salesmen are going to be nice and try to deal. I dealt with several in person and online. I got the deal I wanted, which is close to the Consumer's Report info, and when things got complicated via an insurance agent, Andy was patient and the manager (sorry, forgot his name) helped me so much! The car in the color I wanted is very popular right now, and Lipscome Chevrolet in Elk City came thru, Andy even called me at 8:30 am to let me know the car was arriving on lot!

We bought our 23 Avenir without a spare tire and didn’t have a problem until this week, when a low air pressure light came on, showing only 7-pounds of pressure. I thought we had likely just picked up a nail and didn’t want to ruin the sidewall, so I called the dealership and they sent help right away. Turned out the tire was unrepairable. The Andy Marcia’s arranged a very nice loaner vehicle for us since wa had to wait for the new tires. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and we got our car back the next day.
